Registration fees include: General session which begins on Friday morning and ends Sunday afternoon; poster sessions; and Friday, Saturday, and Sunday lunch. (There is a "no lunch" option that does not include lunch on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.)

- Prize Banquet: Friday Dinner
An optional item at the conference is the annual Foresight Institute Feynman Prize Banquet Dinner. The Banquet Dinner is held on Friday, October 22, from 6:30 to 8:30 PM and includes the presentation of prizes to the 2004 Prize Winners.

Payment may be made by VISA, MasterCard, check or international money order valid in the U.S. Make checks payable to the "Foresight Institute"; checks and bank drafts must be in U.S. dollars drawn on a U.S. Bank. Registrations with payment by credit card may be faxed.
Online registration closes Oct. 15, 2004. After that date, your registration may be faxed to 650-917-1123. Starting Oct. 21, all registrations will be accepted at the conference.

Refund Policy & Special Needs |
Refunds of registration fees can only be made upon receipt of a written request, dated no later than Monday Sept. 22, 2004, and are subject to a $75 administrative fee. Liability in case of meeting cancellation is limited to refund of registration fee. Program is subject to change at any time.

Group Rate: Rate of $99 plus tax—single or double occupancy. Mention Foresight Nanotechnology Conference when making reservations. The hotel reservation cut-off date is Tues. September 28.
Conveniently located less than 1 mile from Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport in the heart of Crystal City, the hotel connects to the Crystal City metro stop and underground shopping center. The Nation's Capital memorials and Smithsonian museums are all nearby.

Rooms are no longer avaailable at the Crystal City Marriott at the reduced room rate. A brief comparison by Foresight staff found that rates quoted may be a bit lower when utilizing Expedia or the hotel's own web-site when making reservations, rather than calling the hotel directly.
