Authors:Please list all authors in the order in which they are to be listed on the abstract, beginning with the presenting author. There may be as many as eight authors for each abstract, but only one presenting author and only one corresponding author, who may be the same individual as the presenting author. Please be sure that only one author, who may be in any position in the list of authors, is designated as the corresponding author, and provide all of the addtional contact information requested for the corresponding author. For other authors, provide institutional affiliation (company, university or institution) and optional email and web page. If the second author slot is not used, please enter "N/A" in all required fields and choose "No" from "Corresponding author?" menu.
Abstract: Title should be 12 words or less and should use both upper and lower case letters. The body of the abstract should be no less than 300 and no more than 500 words including references and footnotes. Each abstract may include only one illustration, in jpg or gif format, no larger than 250 x 250 pixels. If the abstract includes a graphic, the graphic should be submitted as an e-mail attachment to webmaster@foresight.org. Formatting of the abstract should be indicated by standard html tags. Alternatively, or if special characters are required (symbols, Greek letters, etc.), the abstract can be sent as an email attachment to: webmaster@foresight.org. Abstracts submitted as email attachments should be saved as either rtf (rich text format) or as Microsoft Word® documents. This form must also be submitted even if the main body of the abstract is sent as an email attachment. Indicate in the abstract text box that an email attachment was sent separately. If the main body of the abstract is submitted as an RTF or MS Word® document attached to a separate email, please be certain that the attached document contains the title and lists all authors so that it is clear which email attachment goes with which form.
