Registration Information for the
2001 9th Foresight Conference on Molecular Nanotechnology
As of November 5, 2001, all registrations will be handled at the site of the conference.
 Registration Fees
Registration fees include the scientific program; Thursday evening welcoming reception; a.m. bagels and coffee, coffee breaks, poster session reception. and optional Friday, Saturday, Sunday lunch. There is a "no lunch" option that does not include lunch on Friday, Saturday or Sunday.

- Feynman Prize Banquet: Saturday Dinner 5:30 - 7:30 pm
- Senior Associate Reception: Saturday 8:00 - 10:00 pm
(Senior Associate membership not required to attend the reception)
- Nanotechnology Patent Roundtable: Thursday 1:00 to 5:00 PM
(free to registered Conference attendeees)
The registration for the tutorial is separate from the conference registration. The tutorial registration fee includes Thursday lunch. You may register for the conference only, the tutorial only, or both.
Tutorial space is limited, therefore early registration is
recommended.

the academic rate, regardless of their employment status. More information

Amounts over $175 are tax-deductible in the U.S. as a charitable contribution, excluding optional items.
A press pass is available that waives registration fees (fees for meals sill apply).
Registration Forms
Payment may be made by VISA, MasterCard, check or international money order valid in the U.S. Make checks payable to the "Foresight Institute"; checks and bank drafts must be in U.S. dollars drawn on a U.S. Bank. Registrations with payment by credit card may be faxed.
As of November 5, 2001, all registrations will be handled at the site of the conference.

Refund Policy
Refunds of registration fees can only be made upon receipt of a written request, postmarked no later than August 30, 2001, and are subject to a $100 administrative fee.

Accommodations and Travel
The Ninth Foresight Conference on Molecular Nanotechnology
will be held at the Westin Hotel in Santa Clara, CA 95054. The Conference will begin with a reception the evening of Thursday, November 8, and end Sunday, November 11, 2001. An intensive Tutorial on Foundations of Nanotechnology will be held on November 8, from 9 AM until 5 PM.
