You can use one of the following forms to register for the 1999 Fall Gathering. If you are currently a Senior Associate, fill out only the Gathering Registration Section. If you are not yet a Senior Associate, then fill out both the Senior Associate Sign-Up Section and the Gathering Registration Section.
Senior Associate membership donations and registration fees may be made by VISA, MasterCard, check or international money order valid in the U.S (AMEX not accepted). Make checks payable to "Foresight Institute"; checks and bank drafts must be in U.S. dollars drawn on a U.S. Bank. Donations with payment by credit card may be faxed, or you may use a secure server for on-line donation.

Until September 1, the room rate is $89 per night, single or double. This
rate may still be available after September 1; check with the reservation
desk for more information.
Senior Associates make their own hotel reservations and should mention the
Foresight Institute Gathering to obtain the reduced room fee. There are a
limited number of rooms available, so make your reservations early. (If Hotel
Sofitel fills up; we can recommend other accommodations.) Attendees with special
needs should contact the Foresight office at least one month before the meeting.
There is a free shuttle from the San Francisco airport to the conference
hotel. Use the hotel courtesy phone at the airport to summon the van. Notifying
the hotel in advance of your expected flight arrival time may shorten the
wait. Or, you can take a cab for about $25.
