Although "nano" has become a pop culture buzzword, studies on nano's public perception have raised flags about governmental oversight and safety concerns and its potential impact on all aspects of human society‹including human nature itself. So, what should be done as we embark on the nano century? To address these issues and a panoply of others, the Center on Nanotechnology and Society at Chicago-Kent College of Law/Illinois Institute of Technology is hosting the premier nanopolicy conference of 2006 in Washington, D.C.
