		<description>I&#039;m sure no one is reading the comments this far down in the list, at such a far-removed date from the basenote&#039;s original publication, but, I took the time read this report in some fair detail.  Not being a chemist, it took considerable effort, but I thought it was worth it.

I found the report to be very interesting, filled not only with scientific analysis, but with enough engineering/economic analyses that I could take seriously the prospect of solar energy being a substantial contribution to an advanced industrial economy... once a number of severe technical hurdles are overcome.</description>
