Do we mean that we will not allow nanotechnology to put its nanofeet into warfare completely? Is it possible to keep a promisingly revolutionary technology to affect all realms of life except for national defence? I think that means we deny "wars happen". We did move from stones to swords to knives to guns to missiles. Didn't we?
