		<description>We certainly do not have as much talent as we used to have in research fields, but make no mistake the U.S. not only has more resources going into research but the growth of capital expenditures which go into research has surpassed any other western nation.  The only way we will ever really lose our technical superiority is when we move to a socialist state which taxes all the money out of investment.</description>
