		<description>I would really like to participate in the Nanotechnology, Climate Change and even the biotechnology courses the University of Montana is offering, but I&#039;m not too keen on being forcibly fingerprinted at the USA border again, or on losing the price of my cheapo non-refundable bus tickets.

It is too bad the U of Montana requires mandatory *in person* attendance for a correspondance course?!  Perhaps they could set up a branch of the University on Canadian soil   :)
