		<description>Talk about synergy! Israel helps Russia with nanotech and Russia helps Iran miniaturize the nuclear weapons it will use to wipe out Israel. This is in Israel&#039;s strategic interest, of course. Israel has been trying to commit suicide, unsuccessfully, for 20 years and this collaboration will finally get the job done.</description>

		<description>Russia doesn&#039;t have a chance in hell of ever being a leader in any high technology field.  They&#039;d like to be piggy-backed by a country like Israel.  The biggest problem with that is that Russia can&#039;t really expand on such collaborative research, lacking the tech infra-structure.  The human capital of Russia is either emigrating west or dying off.  This kind of story reads more like a Putin fantasy than real news.</description>
