Israel helps Russia with nanotech and Russia helps Iran miniaturize the nuclear weapons it will use to wipe out Israel. This is in Israel's strategic interest, of course. They'd like to be piggy-backed by a country like Israel. The biggest problem with that is that Russia can't really expand on such collaborative research, lacking the tech infra-structure. The human capital of Russia is either emigrating west or dying off. This kind of story reads more like a Putin fantasy than real news.
