How about some new software paradigms to attack the &quot;need better design software&quot; challenge? Who are we waiting for? Do we know what we are waiting for? Do we know why we don&#039;t have the better software? Are we looking in the right places? Do we understand the problem? Don&#039;t tell me it&#039;s about HPC speed.</description>
