		<description>Technology is almost never the issue with reasonable ends.  It&#039;s usually the plethora of overreaching government regulations that slows engergy progress.  If we had this regime in the time of Edison, we&#039;d still be using whale oil and candles to light our streets and homes.

I&#039;ll be this powersat company will waste more time dealing with regs than dealing with technology.</description>
