		<description>Helium&#039;s fairly rare and if it were used in significant quantities its price would go up.  I imagine nanotech could handle hydrogen quite safely, though, so it is probably what would be used it anyone were doing serious ballooning.  It&#039;s just fun to realize that steam would work, given the ability to insulate.</description>
