I understand people being afraid of abuse. Yes. But tools and materials are neutral. Nanotech is another technology, another tool in a long history of development. Yes, it is much more powerful and paradigm-transforming than previous tools, perhaps equal to or even greater than the discovery of fire making, but, it is a tool nontheless. Wise policies, yes.
