		<description>The fact of the matter is as you have said, there needs to be more discussion. 

There needs to be an annual meeting of theory, screw this 18 month investment return crap. We need to have a discussion that returns to a base topic and utilize a large group of people from different yet related backgrounds theorize. 

Nano-bots is a highly speculative and somewhat taboo term, and it is interesting that the nano-bot guy went first (Hall). Basically, we need to have a discussion of theory, akin to the development of quantum systems in the early 20th century. We need to set a direction, to create nano-bots, and we need to hash out many many many details. However, the landscape is changing and the targets moving. So the discussion needs fidelity and dedication.</description>
