		<description>Perhaps we need to build a multi-billion dollar fabrication plant to create carbon nanotubes. If so, then tiny chunks of $100K SBIRs and STTRs are a waste of money. It would be like building 100s of hand-held telescopes when you need one big one. 

I think you should consider about whether this is something someone in their garage can just invent or whether you need an Intel-type fabrication plant.

Have you thought about this? It doesn&#039;t appear that you have.</description>
