Therefore, we can say in some cases there is information which is valuable for *entire* society. Besides, any information should not been monopolized. Therefore corresponding R&D, data gathering should been paid by society. It would be better to nationalize Intellectual Property in some social valuable fields than to nationalize Health Care where it is very easy to determine somebody use Health Care (and therefore should pay for himself) or do not. Some information is infrastructure like. Health Care is not. It is *unpractical* for society to determine somebody use some information (some results of R&D) or do not.
