&lt;p&gt;That is one seriously whacked-out planet. An 80-odd hour year, atmospheric temperatures of 1100 degrees C, gaseous sodium in said atmosphere...the mind boggles. The astronomers are classifying it as a gas giant, but it&#039;s of a sort not found in this planetary system. No significant quantities of molecular hydrogen or other lightweights, I would assume.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Can you imagine the &lt;em&gt;weather&lt;/em&gt; on this bastard??&lt;/p&gt;
