    Link for the actual hearings:

Found the link to the actual subcomittee hearings: http://commerce.senate.gov/hearings/hearings0202.h tm I'm sifting through them now and haven't found anything of real interest yet, but just in case you don't want to rely on the news reports..

If this goes through I might actually be able to forgive Wyden enough to vote for him again….

    Maybe.

    DISCOURSE PERTAINING TO SENATE DELIBERATIONS:

Any Senate deliberation pertaining to development and implementation of Nanotechnology on a grand social plateau should seriously take into consideration the following idea:

I believe the central focus of Wonderful Life Foundation is a valuable contribution in terms of moving toward a "more primitive society" as described in Dr. Eric Drexler's book, Engines of Creation.

I think a Not for Profit with the intent to cut the mortgage interest rate to 3% fixed rate for a 30 year period challenges society to deeply contemplate the direction and course of new emerging technology and the ultimate effect of new emerging technology upon society.

Advanced technologies such as nanotechnology and artificial intelligence threaten the balance of power, the free market enterprise, and the very political foundation upon which America is based.

I believe recent scandals in corporate America and issues pertaining to the Digital Divide demonstrate that society must be challenged to use technology to move toward a "primitive society" as described in Dr. Drexler's book. It is not going to happen by magic.

Wonderful Life Foundation is different than other not for profit organizations currently involved in affordable housing.

The ways Wonderful Life Foundation is different than other Not for Profit Programs involved in affordable housing are: (1)Wonderful Life Foundation will not require a family be poor to qualify, unlike other affordable housing programs. This feature of Wonderful Life Foundation reflects adverse effects that new emerging technology may have upon blue collar factory workers and other members of the workforce, and (2)Wonderful Life Foundation establishes a direct relationship and connection between affordable housing and advanced new emerging technology such as nanotechnology.

The reason to establish a direct connection or link between affordable housing and rapid advancement in science and technology is because affordable housing is how blue collar factory workers as well as other members of the workforce participate as major consumers in the economy.

The need to establish a direct mematic link or connection between affordable housing and rapid advancments in science and technology is important to demonstrate that new scientific discoveries are an accomplishment of the overall general population, and should not be credited only to a relatively few individuals and institutions.

Every member of society will pay a price and bare the burden and cost of financing new scientific discoveries.

    Sincerely,
