Stephen S. Flitman, MD

Stephen S. Flitman, MD is a neurologist specializing in cognitive and memory disorders. He completed his degree at Albany Medical College in 1990 and trained at the Barrow Neurological Institute in adult neurology and at the National Institutes of Health in cognitive neuroscience. He is the Director of the Cognitive Neurology Section at Barrow where he runs the Memory Clinic, Alzheimer's disease and other dementia drug trials, and research in functional MRI and other new diagnostic test development. He is also the President of Xenoscience, a consulting agency for Web programming and development of medical and scientific applications and systems.
