Registration Information for the
1999 7th Foresight Conference on MNT
 Registration Fees
Registration fee includes the scientific program; Thursday evening welcoming reception; Friday, Saturday, Sunday lunch; and a copy of the conference journal issue. For academic and student attendees there is a "no lunch" option that does not include lunch on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Amounts over $175 are tax-deductible in the U.S. as a charitable contribution. Student and one-day rates do not include copies of the journal.
The registration for the tutorial is separate from the conference registration. The tutorial registration fee includes Thursday lunch. You may register for the conference only, the tutorial only, or both.
The deadline for early registration is August 30.

Senior Associates of Foresight Institute or IMM may register at
the academic rate, regardless of their employment status.
Registration Forms
Payment may be made by VISA, MasterCard, check or
international money order valid in the U.S. Make checks payable
to the "Foresight Institute"; checks and bank drafts must
be in U.S. dollars drawn on a U.S. Bank. Registrations with
payment by credit card may be faxed.
Use these forms through Tuesday, October 12. After that date, please
arrive early at the meeting and register on site.

- Register online using a secure server for a credit card transaction.
Refund Policy
Refunds of registration fees can only be made on receipt of a
written request which must be postmarked no later than August
15, and are subject to a $100 administrative fee.
Special Needs
Participants with special needs should notify the organizers at least one month in advance.
Accommodations and Travel
The Seventh Foresight Conference on Molecular Nanotechnology
will be held at the Westin Hotel in Santa Clara, CA. The Conference will begin with a reception the evening of Thursday, October 14, and end Sunday, October 17, 1999. An intensive Tutorial on Foundations of Nanotechnology will be held on October 14, from 9 AM until 5 PM.

Group Rate: Single or double occupancy $115 plus tax.

Attendees are responsible for making their own reservations by September 20. Mention the Foresight Nanotechnology Conference to obtain the reduced room rate.

The conference is served by both the San Jose and San Francisco airports. San Jose is closer to the conference, and is also smaller and easier to get in and out of. San Francisco airport is going through major construction. Below are some transportation services that serve both airports:
